We are looking for a Revenue Growth Specialist who will be the owner of overviewing the revenue streams of the company, with the objective to maximize conversion & activate new revenue streams on our products.

As a Revenue Growth Specialist you will lead sales in the italian and all international markets, customer success, measurement, creative strategy, sales enablement, media solutions, insights and sales strategy and operations and you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Design strategies aiming to maximize revenue streams and fundamental metrics
  • Identify micro-markets and create leverage to enhance revenue streams
  • Identify different strategy for different products
  • Create tactics to achieve objectives
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Customer Support teams to suggest necessary improvement
  • Empowering commercial teams to predict key metrics and outcomes of existing and new customers


We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:

  • Business School Degree (Master/MBA)
  • 3 years of experience as Growth or Sales Specialist
  • Expertise in acquisition, retention/lifecycle, revenue management, media buying, CRO, and customer analytics preferably for fintech, DTC subscription, SaaS, media or ecommerce companies
  • Result oriented that assumes a long-term, integrated perspective while also striving to drive quarterly revenue results
  • Leading from the front: able to see and clearly communicate the company vision and the revenue strategy across all relevant functions and ensure the right goals are defined and met
  • Data Driven: creates a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results
  • Challenge the status quo and put business first
  • Openminded, valuing ideas over process
  • Strategic thinking: develop a real vision for the business coherent with the overall mission & vision of the company, and are able to implement it
  • Hands-on: not just a thinker, a Doer too
  • Fluent in English

Our hiring process aims to be as clear and streamlined as possible and includes 3 steps:

  • Preliminary questionnaire, with which the motivational aspects of the application will be deepened
  • Interview, aimed at assessing whether your skills are aligned with what we are looking for.
  • Final interview to verify the cultural fit with our reality.
